Ribbon Wedding cake

Hi all
Just a quick post yesterday I had a big box arrive and to my delight it was full of ribbons I ordered on Monday. Faye and I have been having fun playing at being stylist's and here is the results so far.

Photos and style credit Karen and Faye Sanders ( mum & daughter) :)

Have a lovely weekend all, I'm now going back to my serious work of playing with ribbons. xxx

Sparkly & Girlie

We have had many comments in the office from our stores and retail customers as to how much they love the new jewellery boxes. Here is a photo of the box and the bag that each piece of our glass jewellery comes beautifully presented in, they do make for a gorgeous girlie present for any age. The boxes are made by the same company that makes Christian Dior's boxes and packaging.

These stunning photos are by Emma Tempest, I simply love everything about them. The location, lighting and of course the dresses.

Peaches & Cream

I have finally managed to get back into designing and spent all yesterday surrounded by sketches for a new baby range. I am trying to be very organised and get my spring 2010 launches ready, but juggling the business and Faye who now is on Summer break for 6 weeks is going to be fun!
Below are some photos with a pastel peach theme, wishing for summer to come back again.

Treasure Finds

We spent the weekend at my parents in Selsey trying to unwind after our 2 weeks of working straight through what with getting ready for the trade show and then exhibiting. The weather has stayed dry and windy which was great for Christian, us three girls decided to visit a local boot fair, I have not been to a boot fair for ages and did end up finding some treasures.

Some old brass buttons with a coat of arms on them, I already have an idea of what I will do with these.......

Some large gold frames which I will give a coat of white and cream paint with a crackle glaze finish. These I can use at my new trade show to display necklaces on.

My Husband Christian, a very happy Australian who got to windsurf all weekend.

Harrogate Home & Gift 2009

We are back home and what a show we had, we were so busy taking orders from existing stockists and new customers. Thank you all so very much and it was lovely catching up and listening to all your comments and requests. I will get my paint brushes out and try to come up with some of your wonderful suggestions.

Pretty Corsage's

Today I am inspired by images of pretty corsages. I love feminine vintage accessories and have a few corsages that I do wear occasionally.

Gypsy Caravans

Ever wanted to run away and feel free, looking at these romantic Gypsy Caravans makes me want to pack my bags and head to the sun and paint my way around Europe. Les Verdines have a beautful selection of caravans

The above two photos are from www.gypsycaravancompany.co.uk all hand made in the UK, they would make gorgeous wendy houses.
