It has been perfect weather all weekend for working on the shed, we haven't had much time the last month to get much done, so it was paint time. But I couldn't find a colour I liked, I wanted a grey/blue but the choice in my nearest hardware store (Wickes) was not great.
Take one pot of Green Herb and a pot of Blue Belll and mix, still not my perfect colour but oh well here goes.......it might look different when it's dry.
The window frame surrounds, Christian is now practicing dove tail joints and trying to make the windows.
My view for today at the bottom of my garden, such a terrible place to be stood for hours painting lengths of wood.
The shed is now starting to take shape with the white edges and details, it is starting to look like my dream shed. Now I am really looking forward to the next bit, the choosing pots, plants and lanterns to decorate the shed, I might even get the sewing machine going and make some bunting. I reckon about another three days work and it should be finished, not sure when that will be mind you?
